Online Psychosexual Therapy and Coaching
I offer affordable Short-Term Psychosexual Therapy, Relationship Therapy, and Coaching in Optimal Life or/and Sex Coaching.Sessions are online so please make sure that you have good internet connection and bandwidth for audio / video calls, and that you are in a quiet and confidential room where you can’t be overheard. Mobile phones are not appropriate for this work and mobile phone internet is not stable. The best internet connection is via a wired (Ethernet cable) connection to a PC or Laptop.
About me
In 2010 I graduated with a Diploma in Couple Counselling (Relate Institute) and began sessions with couples seeking counselling.Feb 2021 saw the completion of my Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy accredited by Middlesex University. This is when I started working for Relate as a Psychosexual Therapist, alongside seeing clients on a private basis. Up to now, I have acquired approx. 600 hours of therapy with clients. I have been systematically seeing clients in clinical setting from July 2019.
Health (particularly healthy eating and mediative exercising) are both great passions of mine.
By requirements of my professional organisation COSRT, I am in Continuing Professional Development and Supervision.
My Style of Work is Pragmatic, Fluid, Light Hearted, Open, Collaborative, Focused and Gradual. To learn more, please send me a message. The initial 20 - 30 minutes of getting to know each other are free of charge.

Fees
Flexible treatment plans are available as a one-off single session or occasional sessions, weekly or fortnightly sessions and follow up sessions. The initial 20 - 30 minutes of getting to know each other are FREE of charge
My standard fee is £80 per hour. However, I offer a sliding scale of £40-£80, where you can pay based on what is affordable for you.
