I have experience working with adults from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I facilitate a supporting space where you can talk about your needs, deep conversations can open an awareness of your unconscious self, an understanding of your relational development, childhood experiences, attachment history, personal beliefs.
Changes such as promotion or retirement, menopause effects, "empty nest" syndrome, are all elements that interwoven in the fabric of your relationship, may impact your daily life, happiness, and health, everyone is unique.
I work remotely with both Couples and Individuals. I welcome Gender, Sexual and Relationships Diversity.
I offer Life Coach and ADHD Coach services.
