During our sessions, we could work together using evidence-based techniques combined with a warm and supportive space to empower you to find your own unique solutions and to help you to achieve that.
I offer EFT Tapping as stand along sessions or as a part of therapy. Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping is a gentle, quick and effective tool for overcoming stress related issues, anxiety, fears and phobias and emotional aspects of physical pain, trauma and PTSD.
With my love of history and genealogy and my multicultural background, I work successfully with relationship and family issues, low self-confidence and low self-esteem. I have a keen interest in trauma that can be passed down through generations.
Research has shown that online therapy is as effective as face-to-face counselling and has added benefits of your own familiar environment. I offer counselling sessions via secure online platforms.

Online therapy
Online therapy takes place via Zoom or Whereby secure video conferencing platforms. I will email the meeting link once you are ready to proceed. Joining online meeting is usually straight forward. However, please do not hesitate to ask me if you would like step-by-step instructions.
Each weekly session is up to 50 min long.
