Welcome to my profile! I offer counselling to adults, young people and children in a confidential and safe environment. We work together in a non-judgemental and respectful way, allowing you the time you need to explore your own emotions and thoughts. My counselling is focused on what is wanted, relevant and mutually agreed with you. 

I offer a flexible appointment system, with day time, evenings and weekend sessions available. I work from two locations, Poundbury near Dorchester and the Yeovil area. I also offer a home visting service (in the Yeovil & surrounding area) for clients with physical difficulties and clients unable to access transport.

About me

I began my counselling journey back in 2011 and I haven't looked back. I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have experience working with a variety of presenting issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, chronic pain, depression, eating disorders, stress, trauma and relationship issues. We can also work together if you aren't sure what your problems are, but you feel a warm, professional and confidential space is what you need.
