Welcome, I am a person-centred therapist, offering face to face, online and telephone counselling in the East Sussex area.
Taking the step towards a counselling relationship can feel daunting, but the first step is the hardest. I offer a safe and confidential environment, for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and often memories to enable you to lead a well balanced life.
I offer support in many areas of therapy and also have lived experience, which can be helpful for some, knowing they are understood.

- Currently studying BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Currently working towards Accreditation
- Volunteer counsellor for Worthing based charity
I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate, Insurance and a member of the BACP and abide by their Ethical guidelines.

The majority of my clients are struggling with Anxiety and/or Depression. I have a number of clients who are Neurodivergent and also have my own personal experience in this field.I have historically worked in Alcohol and Substance misuse and can offer a safe confidential space for anyone who is struggling in this area.
