Online therapy and counselling
Do you find that everyday challenges become overwhelming? Do you feel anxious about what is around the corner? What if you could have more resilience and a positive outlook on life’s challenges?
I offer support combined with evidence-based techniques to find your own unique solutions. My approach is warm and supportive.
One of the tools on offer is EFT Tapping. It is a gentle, quick and effective solution for overcoming stress related issues, anxiety, fears and phobias and emotional aspects of physical pain, trauma and PTSD.
With my love of history and genealogy and my multicultural background, I also work successfully with relationship and family problems, low self-confidence and low self-esteem. I have a keen interest in transgenerational trauma.
I offer online therapy via Zoom or Whereby video conferencing platforms. Online counselling provides you with a safe, confidential therapeutic connection and has the added benefits of your own familiar environment.

Additional information
I offer online therapy via Zoom or Whereby video conferencing platforms. I will email the meeting link once you are ready to proceed. Joining online meeting is usually straight forward. However, please do not hesitate to ask me if you would like step-by-step instructions.
Each weekly session will be up to 50 min long.
