Online therapy and counselling
Hello, thanks for viewing my profile. I understand how tough it can be to reach out to a counsellor based on my own therapy journey. I offer a free 15-30 minute session online or via the phone so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good match, there is no pressure to commit. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, I'm here to support you on your path to feeling better.
Therapy via Zoom
In today's fast-paced world, I understand that seeking therapy in a traditional in-person setting may not always be convenient or feasible. That's why I offer the option of online therapy to cater to your unique needs and circumstances. Online therapy brings a host of benefits, including flexibility and accessibility. You can now access professional counselling from the comfort of your own space, eliminating the need for travel and fitting therapy sessions seamlessly into your schedule.
Additionally, online therapy provides a sense of privacy and anonymity, allowing you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings in a comfortable, familiar environment. Whether you're facing geographical limitations, time constraints, or simply prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, I am here to offer the same level of care, support, and guidance you would receive in an in-person setting. Online therapy opens new doors to self-discovery and healing, providing a modern and effective approach to mental and emotional well-being.
Rest assured, our Zoom sessions are conducted in a confidential and secure environment, prioritising your comfort and privacy throughout our therapeutic journey
Open-minded and practical
The therapeutic relationship is so important for positive outcome and is my top priority. I will put this first and strive to create a space where you feel comfortable to freely express yourself and your feelings.
As a therapist, my approach is open-minded, practical and step-by-step and tailored to your needs. I sometime delve into your past to understand patterns you might have running out of awareness and we can work to update them for your benefit for a happier you.
Together we will work to identify any unhelpful patterns of behaviour or thoughts that might have built up over time. We will work to build a stronger and happier you. Learning to express our feelings in a healthy way to reduce anxiety, stress, depression and connect you to others more deeply.
If you feel comfortable and you'd like to explore how we can work together, please schedule a free initial meeting or email me. I'm eager to begin this journey with you!
I understand that finding time for therapy can be challenging. To accommodate your schedule, I offer evening sessions, ensuring you receive the support you need at a convenient time
Online therapy
At my practice, online therapy offers you the convenience and comfort of attending sessions from home or any private space you choose.
I conduct secure, confidential counselling sessions using Zoom and Google Meet, providing a seamless and easy-to-use experience.
Whether you’re seeking couples counselling or individual therapy, online sessions are available—including evenings—to fit your busy schedule.
This flexible approach means you can access professional support for relationship challenges, communication difficulties, anxiety, or emotional wellbeing without the need to travel.
Online couples counselling with me offers the same warm, connected experience as face-to-face therapy, helping you and your partner build stronger connections and improve communication.

Expected Number of Sessions
The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs. I recommend an initial assessment session to explore your concerns and set goals. After this, sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly. My approach is client-centred, compassionate, and tailored to support your journey toward emotional wellbeing, confidence, and personal growth.
Most common issues I support people with:
-
-
Anxiety & Stress Management – If you are struggling with constant worry, panic, or overwhelming stress, I provide online counselling and therapy to help you understand triggers, manage anxious thoughts, and learn practical coping strategies. I also gently coach you to build resilience and calm in your daily life.
-
Depression & Low Mood – Persistent sadness, low motivation, or feelings of numbness can affect all areas of life. Through therapy and guided support, we explore the root causes, process difficult emotions, and develop strategies to reconnect with energy, purpose, and emotional balance.
-
Low Self-Esteem & Confidence – Feeling “not enough” or doubting yourself can hold you back in relationships, work, and personal goals. I offer counselling for self-esteem and confidence, helping you recognise unhelpful thought patterns, build self-compassion, and coach you in practical ways to feel more confident.
-
Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) & Past Trauma – Unmet emotional needs in childhood or past traumatic experiences can lead to difficulty expressing emotions, chronic emptiness, or challenges in relationships. I provide therapy to help you recognise these patterns, process past experiences, and rebuild emotional connection, while coaching you to strengthen self-understanding and emotional resilience.
-
Grief, Loss & Life Transitions – Coping with the loss of a loved one, terminal illness, or major life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. I offer counselling and emotional support to process grief, find practical coping strategies, and navigate life transitions with understanding and care.
