Hi, name is Aaron and I am an integrative therapist and therapeutic coach registered with the BACP.Therapy is a process that takes time, patience, consistency and taking the initial steps to begin can often be the most difficult. Knowing where to start or how to tackle challenges can be overpowering, intimidating, and frustrating. Big problems are usually small at first, no matter how trivial they are, and it’s completely okay to talk about them!
Working as an integrative therapist, I will facilitate your journey towards healing and self-discovery by authentically listening to your concerns, feelings, and thoughts. Together we will develop a plan tailored to your needs, preferences, and aspirations.
Working as a therapeutic coach builds on both the work of an integrative therapist and a coach. This provides an opportunity to explore both the past and present whilst using this insight to shape and transform your future.
I am firm believer in ensuring that you are at the forefront of any approach which is used and emphasizing your identity and your uniqueness. We will aim to collaboratively create a therapeutic environment that offers a safe, secure, and non-judgemental space for you.
I work with individuals over the age of 16 from various cultural and social backgrounds, and I offer both online and face to face sessions.
I am based in Bushey (Watford/North-West London border).
