Leandra | CBT Therapist (MBACP)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Clarkston - Glasgow
Hi, I'm Leandra - a fully qualified CBT Therapist in East Renfrewshire. I work from counselling rooms in Glasgow, Clarkston, Newton Mearns and East Kilbride. I also provide online video therapy sessions via a secure platform, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK.
If you’re experiencing depression, persistent low mood, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive and confidential space where we can explore what you’re going through at your own pace, helping you begin to feel more like yourself again.
I have experience working with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, abuse, bullying, low self-esteem, and confidence, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, and insomnia.
I also support clients with childhood experiences and early life challenges, as well as child-parent and parent-child relationship difficulties. Additionally, I work with individuals navigating pregnancy, birth, and motherhood challenges, expatriation, and cross-cultural or multicultural concerns. My approach is compassionate and tailored, helping you understand how these experiences may impact your wellbeing and providing strategies to build resilience and balance.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute, no-obligation consultation call - completely optional
