I have been working for over a decade with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I am Trauma informed whilst I understand the effect of past experiences on your present my focus is on those experiences you are facing in your life, the trauma animated in those challenges due to anxiety, addictions, childhood adversities.

There is scope for you to attend individual sessions, it is an opportunity to talk about your personal needs that can be incorporate in couple work. I recognise and support your autonomy, to understand and clarify those concerns you are seeking to address. I offer Pre Marriage and Discernment Counselling.
