I will complete an assessment with you, this will create a greater understanding of the issues you are needing support with. From this I can create a plan with you, in what your goals from therapy are.

Individual Sessions - £80 (50 mins)

Couple Therapy - £110 (60 mins)

Missed sessions and non attendance without 48 hours notice of cancellation
