Counselling Cardiff

Whatever you're going through being seen and heard in a therapeutic relationship helps you to find a way through. Being supported in a non-judgmental and collaborative space can bring clarity to difficult and challenging situations. When you're validated and understood it can provide new levels of peace and confidence, leading to the start of feeling better. I work towards change and acceptance at your pace. Counselling brings positive benefits to many issues, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

You don't have to struggle on your own during hard times. I'm an experienced integrative counsellor providing open-ended therapy to individual adults, aged 18 years of age and over. The integrative approach is a combination of some of the major modalities, including Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic. This means I can offer many differrent ways to bring change to whatever it is you need to discuss.

Sessions are confidential and ideally held weekly at the same time and day each week. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have, you decide when you're ready to end. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

I don't diagnose you or tell you what to do. I have a questioning style to help you increase self-awareness, self-confidence and resilience. I can also add psychological education and some CBT interventions where appropriate.

If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message via the send a message - button.
