I have a special interest in working with young adults suffering from depression and anxiety but have experience in counselling all ages from 16 years and older.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I gained experience while working internationally in multi-cultural societies. This has given me the passion and ability to work with individuals from a multitude of diverse backgrounds.

Online therapy
I offer individual in-person therapy sessions in a quiet and calm environment (Glasgow or Clarkston) or online video sessions.Qualifications and registrations
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a COSCA validated SCOTACS Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. I am an Individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).Registrations
