Online counselling - Zoom and Skype
We might all at some time in our lives find the need to seek help with a problem or a particular issue we are experiencing. Maybe just to explore our thoughts and feelings or to get help to change or improve the quality of our lives or relationships.
I offer you a safe and confidential space, where I give you the opportunity to gain insights and allow you time for reflection.
I am a senior accredited BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor with more than 20 years experience working in the NHS and private practice. I specialise in both long and short-term psychotherapy, counselling and supervision to individuals, couples and groups.
During our initial session we will take time to discuss and decided what is suitable for your particular needs. I offer online counselling using Zoom or Skype. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.
