Hello, my name is Lucy and I'm a BACP registered therapist offering a gentle, non-judgemental space for you to explore what's going on beneath the surface. I support adults like you who are often described as 'the strong one', the 'peace keeper' or the one 'who's always holding everything together' - even when you don't always feel like this on the inside.
You might find yourself overthinking, being hard on yourself, people-pleasing or feeling emotionally disconnected. If this is the case, you're in the right place.
My approach is modern, down-to-earth and rooted in real emotional understanding. I'll work with you through a blended approach to help you better understand why you're feeling the way you do and we'll find techniques to get you un-stuck, reconnected with yourself and feeling more confident, content and peaceful.
I offer a free 20 minute introductory session, which can be completed via video call or in-person whichever you'd prefer. This session allows us to talk in a calm, confidential environment, for you to ask any questions you may have and to get a feel for whether I'm the right fit for your needs. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

Online therapy
I offer video call therapy sessions as well as in-person, so whichever style would suit you best.I follow the BACP ethical guidelines for working safely online and have completed training in Online Therapy Sessions.
