Introduction

I’m Rachel, an experienced therapist and certified EMDR practitioner. I specialise in supporting people to heal from childhood trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD, and I also have significant experience working with men and autistic clients who may feel less represented in traditional therapy spaces.

In my practice, I offer both EMDR and talking therapy, depending on what best supports your needs. Some clients choose to process trauma primarily through EMDR, others prefer a person-centered approach, and many find that a blend of the two works best. My approach is always flexible and client-focused - I see the individual, not the problem.

I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Whatever your background, my focus is on helping you move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and growth.

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I always offer a free initial session. This gives us a chance to meet, talk through what you’re looking for, and decide together if I’m the right therapist for you.
