I am here to help you calm your mind by reducing worrying, overthinking and anxiety as well as help couples reconnect and rebuild trust.
Navigating early or mid-career decisions can feel overwhelmingly tough - like you're standing at a crossroads with no map in sight. Starting (or ending) a serious relationship often brings waves of pain, uncertainty and self-doubt that stay long after the moment passes. And what about those times when you've checked all the boxes - stable career, loving partnership, family life - but still feel unfulfilled? Maybe it's time to figure out your boundaries, reclaim your voice and uncover what truly lights you up.
I've supported numerous clients through the challenges of severe and complex anxiety, helping them navigate its overwhelming impact. Often, this anxiety stems from deep feelings of loneliness, rejection, fear, or even thoughts of death. By exploring thought patterns, life experiences and significant events, we've worked together to reframe habits, beliefs and mindsets, fostering healthier ways to connect with themselves and others. This journey has allowed them to reduce their anxiety to manageable levels. The truth is, anxiety has a function - it signals deeper needs and concerns - and you have the strength within you to understand it and create meaningful change.
I also hold space for couples ready to rediscover the warmth, trust and understanding. When the space between you feels heavy with silence, sharp words, or the ache of what's unsaid, it can be hard to remember the ease you once shared.

About Me:
I have a passion for helping people navigate the challenges of anxiety, especially high functioning and death anxiety which can feel heavy, almost suffocating. Yet, despite that weight, you rise each day, go to work, connect with friends and family, flashing a smile or bubbling with energy to mask the struggle because you have to keep going.
My work focuses on understanding anxiety not just as a mental experience, but as a deeply physical one - how it shows up in your racing heart, stomach-sinking worry, nauseous flutter and restless thoughts. With my special interest in the mind-body connection, we will explore how your body responds to stress and fear that can feel overwhelming.
I will guide you to see your own value - how amazing you truly are. We can work on finding ways for you to nurture yourself, so you can feel stronger and more steady in your own life.
Also, I see couples who love each other but lost the thread of how to be with each other. My role is to sit with you both without judgement, and help you find your way back to the warmth, safety and understanding.
I work with couples integratively, using Emotionally Focused Therapy to gently reveal the feelings beneath the fights, psychoeducation, some CBT tools to loosen stuck patterns and mindfulness to bring calm into tense moments. There is no blame here, no "winner" in the story - just two people, equally heard, equally held. We will trace the cycles you fall into (the protest, the shutdown, the reach that goes unanswered) and turn them into softer, braver conversations that actually land.
If you are seeking deeper exploration in non-verbal way, I can offer the powerful creative methods, such as sand tray or drawing, to explore emotions and experiences through symbolic expression.

There is no time limit in dealing with anxiety, panic attacks or relationship issues, and I offer open ended counselling. Your journey is unique and you go at your own pace. You have full autonomy in therapy lenght meaning you choose how many sessions you want to have.The existential approach might help you find answers to key questions, such as Who am I? What is my purpose and my direction in life? What do I want in life and how can I achieve it? It also might help you understand life and death in a different way.
Mindfulness might help you ground yourself in challenging times by reducing anxiety and overthinking. For deeper relaxation, I offer sound baths.
