My name is Lara, I have a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, and I am a member of the BACP. I work with children aged six and older, adolescents, and adults.
I am compassionate and warm, approaching the therapeutic relationship with genuineness, openness, and curiosity. I utilize a variety of approaches, geared toward the responsiveness of the individual client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment, psychodynamic, strength-based, play, and/or expressive arts therapy.
