About me
Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, I have led a varied working life from graduating with a degree in Biology, starting my career as a Police Constable in the early 90's, working in Government and moving on again into the world of tax, accounting and law in both practice and commerce.
I trained at the "Existential Academy" in London (New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling) and Middlesex University where my Doctoral thesis and research is on the subject of philosophical pessimism.
As a member of the Society of Existential Analysis, I am keen contributor and publisher of existential/philosophical articles and essays.
My reading interests lie in classical theism, continental/existential philosophy, Eastern/The Kyoto School of Philosophy.
I help run a philosophical fellowship and circling/meditative online group.
I enjoy teaching foundation level courses at the Academy and engaging students in a supervisory way.
I enjoy playing tennis, guitar and my two British shorthair cats.

I offer both face to face sessions in my private practice and online via zoom.Sessions are booked to last 60mins.
