Online Couples and Individual Therapy
Hello my name is Ruthie, I work Internationally on Zoom with individuals and couples from anywhere in the world - including Holland, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland.
My role is to provide you with a safe space to vent and then find some meaning in your situation. I don't 'cure' anyone but I do give you tools to be able to access your own inner wisdom and find peace and calm. In life pain is inevitable suffering on the other hand is optional and I would love the opportunity to work with you if this approach appeals.
I combine various modalities including therapy and life coaching depending on the client. As no two individuals are ever the same, I will work with you in a bespoke/tailor made programme just for you. Online therapy
I use Zoom and you receive a link which is the same link for each session so you don't need to be waiting for it to arrive each session. An individual session is usually for 50 minutes and a couples session is for 60 minutes.Qualifications and registrations

I specialise in issues of stress and communication either within a partnership or in the office or wider family. My work sometimes needs to address addiction, affairs, and loss including divorce. As each individual/couple are unique there is no set amount of sessions and I don't tie people into a therapeutic contract. Trauma and PTSD are conditions that I frequently work in addition to the regular overwhelm that many people feel today.Most common issues I support people with:
The issues that I deal can change from month to month depending on what is going on in the world. In December/January loneliness and detachment from family can be overwhelming for many.Most months I will be working with people who want to save their relationship but have got stuck. Calming
I have (and still am) benefiting so much from the help I am getting from Ruth …. I am learning how to deal with life’s difficulties with new coping mechanisms…. Therapy with Ruthie
Ruthie has been my therapist for years and now is thank you also my couples therapist (that I’m going to before marriage) and I couldn’t ask for someone better.
