I am an Integrative Counsellor. I know first-hand how daunting it feels to admit you need support. How anxious do you possibly feel about taking the first steps to seek it. Especially making that first call or sending that email to a Counsellor, to secure that first appointment.

I'd like to think I make that process easy for you, with my kind and supportive nature.

I'm a Counsellor who is very easy to get along with. I consider myself to be someone people feel at ease around and comfortable opening up to. I am non-judgmental and empathetic; my only aim is to get you talking. I will lead you from there.
