Wherever you find yourself struggling personally, counselling & psychotherapy may be of help. Counselling & psychotherapy are a dialogue that takes place in a reliable and consistent setting. You may discuss whatever is going on for you, without the assumptions and expectations of daily life getting in the way. Many people find talking, in a thoughtful and receptive place, can lead to greater self-understanding and, ultimately, personal change.

I favour therapeutic approaches that focus on what happens between people, which can be especially important where complex trauma and personality are concerned. This type of therapy feels really different to ones that use  worksheets and assessments - instead, it's a dialogue, which lets you be inquisitive about whatever is going on.

I work with individual adults from many backgrounds, on a wide range of therapeutic issues. Wherever your experience has not met with recognition, as might happen in the context of gender expression, social disability barriers, neurodivergence or forms of abuse, I would particularly welcome working with you.
