Counselling Ipswich

Hello, I’m an Accredited Counsellor working from a private and relaxed setting which will give you the space to talk about whatever is troubling you. I have 10 years experience working in private practice and work with a variety of different issues.

I also work with couples experiencing problems in their relationship and help them to find a resolution.I also work with people who have decided to separate but want to remain amicable.

If you would like to discuss things further or book an appointment please don’t hesitate to send me a message. I welcome clients from Ipswich, Capel St. Mary, Sproughton, Kesgrave, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Bramford, Claydon and surrounding areas.

Person-centred counselling

I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling, which is an approach that I truly believe in, from my own personal experience. It helped me to see things so much more clearly and after each session I was able to make more sense of things.

After gaining this insight I was able to move forward with my life in a more confident and positive way. I feel that my own experiences and subsequently training as a Counsellor has definitely helped me to understand other people and to empathise with their problems.

Online therapy

I have worked  with many clients via Skype or telephone especially during lockdown and it has proved to be very beneficial to most clients. I work with individual clients and couples in this way. It can work well for busy people who don't have the time to make the journey or for people who struggle with anxiety around leaving their home environment.

Statement concerning the coronavirus pandemic

People have adapted really well to remote sessions during lockdown and it has been a lifeline to many. I have now returned to face to face sessions but I have a few Covid rules in place which will hopefully keep clients as safe as possible.
