I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression and bereavement. Everyday challenges can feel overwhelming, finding the right support for you can help you manage these challenges and limiting their impact on your life.
You as the client are at the heart of every session I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with extensive experience in providing mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach focuses on creating a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.
As a qualified counsellor I am registered with BACP and comply with their ethical framework. MBCAP No:412657
In accordance with my BACP membership I attend regular supervision to ensure I am working ethically, professionally and with your best interests in mind.

Online therapy
I currently use Zoom for my sessions but am researching different platforms, so the platform may change. I am able to share visual resources both during the session and by email after the session.I ensure the space where I work is confidential and free from distractions, I ask you to be able to provide the same as sessions can become emotional and confidentiality respected.

I offer a free initial consultation to all potential clients. This time enables both of us to decide if we can work together, understand the challenges and discuss a fee that is realistic for us.My full rate is £55 per session.
Concessionary rates are available following a discussion during the initial consultation
