If you are stuck or feeling overwhelmed and talking to friends isn't helping any more, I am here to listen.

I believe that everyone has within themselves the power to change; to that end, I offer a warm, calm, non-judgemental environment in which you can explore the thoughts that trouble you. The therapeutic experience is yours, I will help you navigate your feelings and support you in understanding how this impacts your life.

I work with a range of clients from young adults to senior citizens covering issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement and trauma. I also have a lived experience of neurodiversity and the challenges this can bring.

Online therapy

Online platforms offer flexibility in scheduling and allow you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home, potentially making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.

I offer session via Zoom and will send you a link before the session, in order to assist confidentiality, I never use the same Zoom link twice. Additionally, I conduct online sessions from a private room in my house where the session will not be interrupted.
