Introduction

I'm Diane. I'm a Psychotherapist and Coach with a broad professional experience. I offer therapy outdoors or online or via email. I specialise in forensic work as well as offering broader services to the general population. I work really flexibly and can offer one-off or short term work as well as longer options.  

I am trained to use a number of approaches including psychodynamic, compassion focsed therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy and will adapt my approach to suit you as we all need different things at different times.

I will help you to understand yourself in a much deeper and more compassionate way, exploring why you do things and supporting you to build the healthy skills you need to grow and develop to your full potential.  

I work via email, online or outdoors if you're local and fancy giving this a try.  I can work pretty flexibly in a way which suits you.
