Online counselling - Telephone counselling

Hi I am Janine. I would like to give you a warm welcome. I am A Counsellor trained in Person-Centered Counselling. I offer private one to one skype video or telephone, whatsapp or online message counselling.

I am very compassionate and approachable. I would like to assist you to find a more peaceful way forward and to be able to offload with me anything that is causing you mental difficulties and nothing is to too small. I have assisted clients with a diverse range of problems.

I have worked for Mind as a Mental Health Counsellor whilst I was doing my degree and counselled a variety of client's struggling with anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse. bereavement. addiction, bi-polar disorder and depression. I have also done a lot of work as a Holistic Practitioner and Mindfulness coach leading groups and ones using various healing modalities.

I also began a Masters in Psychology which I attended for 7 months and is yet to be completed. I enjoy assisting client's to thrive and grow and become empowered and to use the tools I give. A typical first session would involve an assessment of 50 minutes to see where you are at followed by counselling. It is recommended for you to have 6 to 8 sessions for maximum improvement.
