Introduction

Hello I'm Sally, my approach is warm and relaxed and I offer support, compassion, honesty and empathy. 

I have over 8 years experience working with adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, family difficulties and other issues.

I know you will benefit from seeing a therapist if you are experiencing:

• Feeling isolated or isolating yourself from people or things you have enjoyed
• Anxious, a full and busy head all the time
• Numb or depressed, lacking energy to do the everyday things
• Not enjoying activities that you used to
• Difficulties communicating with others what you need 
• Head full of worries and anxiety
• Trust has been broken
• Arguments are becoming more frequent
• Walking on eggshells, not knowing what to say for the best

Therapy has supported me through some difficult and challenging periods in my life, and we will work together support you with what is happening in your life.

I offer therapy through 60 minute sessions. Sessions are face to face and are completely confidential.  How long you continue with therapy depends entirely on you, you may attend weekly or fortnightly, we will discuss what suits you and your lifestyle.
