Online therapy
I am an integrative therapist, which means I don't work from a single fixed approach but draw thoughtfully from a range of therapeutic traditions to meet you where you are. My work is primarily informed by person-centred and psychodynamic thinking — two approaches that, together, offer both deep human warmth and genuine psychological depth.
From the person-centred tradition I bring a commitment to unconditional positive regard — the belief that you are worthy of acceptance exactly as you are, without condition or judgement. I work to create a relationship built on empathy and congruence, where you can speak freely and honestly, perhaps for the first time. The person-centred approach trusts that you are the expert on your own life, and that given the right conditions, people move naturally toward growth and greater freedom.
From psychodynamic thinking I bring an interest in what lies beneath the surface — the patterns, defences, and relational histories that shape how we experience ourselves and others, often without our awareness. This approach takes seriously the idea that our past lives inside our present, and that understanding this connection can be quietly transformative.
