Hello, and a warm welcome. I'm Diane, I am a friendly, qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a safe, confidential and reflective space to help you to explore your thoughts, feelings, or any issues that may be causing you distress, or confusion. My focus is on building a therapeutic bond which will enable us to work patiently together, as I support you in finding ways to move forward, at your own pace. For me, the relationship between client and counsellor is very important and that you feel comfortable.
I believe that every individual has the potential to grow. My aim, is to provide you with an empathic, non-judgemental space to ensure that you feel valued, respected and listened to, helping you to develop an enhanced awareness of self, which can lead to change and growth in behaviour and outlook.
Working as an integrative therapist means that I use a number of different therapeutic approaches and techniques, to tailor your needs.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues; including, abuse, anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, intrusive thoughts, loss and grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues and more. Please do take a look further down my page, for the areas of counselling I can help with.

£45.00 per session, each session is 50 minutes.

I offer Long-term face-to-face work, Online counselling, Short-term face-to-face work, Telephone counselling, Time-Limited counselling.
The frequency of sessions is your choice, however, therapy is most effective with regular sessions, these are typically carried out weekly or fortnightly. This can be discussed during our first meeting.
