Counselling
My name is Louise. I am an Integrative counsellor which means I draw from various theories to assist each individual clients needs.
I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental relationship within which we can explore your thoughts and feelings.
We do not always know what is troubling us so if you cannot pinpoint what your issue may be but you just don't feel things are right for you, please do get in touch regardless.
Everyones life experiences are unique and effect us all in different ways. I see you as an individual and as such would work with you at your pace with care, trust and compassion.
I offer open ended sessions so there is no limit to the number of sessions we may have together.
