Online counselling and supervision
I have extensive experience of working with adults teens, young adults and some families. I also offer supervision to other professionals.
As an online therapist I usually use Signal which is free and encrypted so reasonably safe; its a very simple model where I call you for a visual call similar to Zoom.
Counselling offers you a confidential and safe space to share your worries and issues. You will be treated with respect and compassion. We all have struggles and times in our lives when it is tough, can be lonely and we need a helping hand. I can offer a supportive professional relationship, drawing upon any ideas, websites, texts, insights that might help you to progress.
I offer a half hour to assess whether we are a good fit and I can offer what you want. Thereafter I offer 50 minute sessions at £45. Concessions are available for some occupations and benefits, students etc. I will do my best not to prolong therapy and will always say if I feel I can no longer meet your needs, however, some issues need more sessions and it is always your choice.
Online therapy

I am aprticularly interested in working with CFS .ME/Fibromyalgia. I have trained with the Chrysalis Effect but have not yet qualified to be their therapist. As a trained coach I can draw on those skills in reaching goals.My other interest is anxiety and trauma. I am also a spiritually aware person, who would respect your beliefs.
Most common issues I support people with:
I work with many issues and each person is unique. Many people have worked with me on Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Anger, Grief, Stress, trauma, abuse,work related issues, relationships,Goal setting. The number of sessions varies but people are welcome to have a short series of sessions and return or have fortnightly sessions., as well as engage in longer mopre in depth therapy.Areas of counselling I can help with
