(LGBTQ+) Online and Telephone Counselling

Firstly, Thank you for visiting my page.

I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. I specialise in anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide but can also help with any other issues. I believe counselling should be available for everyone. I am part of the LGBTQ+ community.

I listen and support you, helping you find ways to cope with what's going on for you. I care about what I do.

I offer Zoom, Skype, or team video sessions as well as phone or text sessions. If it's Zoom or teams, I will send you a link. If it's over the phone, I will call you each session. We will work around what suits you and what you feel comfortable doing.

Safe space

I realise taking that first step might be scary so I want to say I will be there each step of the way in a safe space where you can freely talk and be listened to without any judgements.

I believe everyone at some point needs support.
Talking to someone can help as how I work is we go though your issues and then we break them down finding ways for you to cope and think differently so you are able to comfortably move through them with me there to support you.

Counselling is about you, your process and your journey.

You have taken that first step by reaching out. I would be happy to help you onto the next steps of your counselling journey.

If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message.
