Online therapy - Zoom counselling

My name is Julie, I'm a warm and creative counsellor and work by making a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore uncomfortable, painful or traumatic experiences. I offer online counselling sessions via Zoom.

I am experienced working with a wide range of issues, but have a particular interest and experience with people who are living with eating disorders and the effects of trauma.

I work with you to help you understand yourself and your experiences, and support you to create lasting change.

I have a particular interest and experience working with people who live with eating disorders, and the effects of trauma.

I can also help with bereavement and loss, childhood issues, sexual abuse, sexual violence, domestic violence, anger issues, self-harm, and relationship problems.
