Ursula | Grief and Life transition Therapist
Introduction
Grief doesn’t always look how we expect it. It can feel like being caught in a space between what has been and what is still unfolding, where everyday life continues but something within you feels different. At times it can be hard to name what you’re feeling, or to understand why it still feels so present.
People often find it becomes harder to talk about their experience over time, not because it matters less, but because it can feel harder to find space for it in everyday conversations in the world around them. This can lead to feeling more alone, even when others care.
In our work, I sit alongside you as we gently explore what is happening, helping you make sense of your experience at a pace that feels right for you.
Online therapy
I offer online counselling sessions across the UK via Zoom in a calm, confidential and supportive space. Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your own environment, without the need to travel. Sessions take place in the same way as in-person therapy, giving you space to talk openly at a pace that feels right for you. Before we begin, I will provide simple joining instructions and answer any questions you may have about the process.
