Integrative Counselling Binfield
Life can feel challenging at times, and reaching out for support is not always easy. Many people feel they should manage everything alone, yet we know that humans are wired for connection and often cope better with the support of others.
Seeking counselling is a natural response to feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or those around you.Talking with a trained professional can offer space, clarity, and understanding during difficult or stressful periods.
I believe that with the right conditions support people are able to draw on their own internal resources and capacity for growth.Therapy, for me, is about creating a steady, compassionate space where you can talk openly and explore what’s going on for you. Over time, that space can help you understand yourself more deeply and feel more connected to the people and world around you.
My integrative approach blends humanistic and psychodynamic ideas, but what matters most is finding what works for you. I offer a warm collaborative space where we’ll explore how you experience life day to day, and if it feels helpful, we can explore how past relationships or events might still be shaping things. The relationship we build together can be healing in itself - a place where new ways of relating and understanding yourself can gently take shape. My aim is to help you become more aware of what’s happening beneath the surface and support you in developing a more meaningful, grounded way of being with yourself and others.
Online therapy
I offer long and short-term therapy, predominantly in person although I am happy to discuss online options if required but this must be agreed at the start of the process.
Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes, typically weekly.
I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and determine whether I am the right fit for your needs.
My therapy space is in Binfield.
