In my private practice as a person centered therapist, I specialise in bereavements, but also support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress and many other issues.
My therapeutic appoach is rooted in empahty and creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions. With speciasized training in addressing diverse mental health aspects I am dedicated to guiding indivdiuals toward healing, self-discovery, and resilience in the face of life's challenges.

Online therapy
In my practice, online therapy provides a convenient and accessible way for individuals to recieve support. Utilizing platforms such as Zoom, Teams or Whats App, sessions are conducted through secure and confidential video calls.
This virtual format allows clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space fostering a sense of familiarty and ease.
Before each session, clients recieve a link to join the virual meeting or a whats app call from me, this is discussed before hand. Some clients prefer to send me the link.
The use of these platforms prioritizes privacy and confidentiality, creating a virtual therapeutic envornment where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions with the same level of trust as in-person sessions.

- Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

A question I am asked often is, 'How many sessions will I need?'
I have had some clients coming for 6 sessions and staying for 4 years, and I have clients come just for 6 sessions. We will discuss this together and review often so you get the best from your sessions. I also offer Bi weekly sessions and once the therapeutic relationship has been well established we can sometimes go monthly.
