Sometimes life throws us something and we just dont know how to manage, how to feel or be or what to do. I will give you the space to unravel your thoughts and feelings, to throw the pieces of the jigsaw into the room and slowly put them back together in a way that makes sense. Sessions can be short term, focused on one specific goal or open ended. 

Working with individual adults, I have lived experience of bereavement, loss and grief as well as childlessness and so have an interest in working with others finding this difficult. Wether it's the death of someone close, a pet, a career change or upheaval in your way of life these can all have a huge impact on us and often need to be grieved for us to be able to move forwards, with that loss now being a part of us. 

Many of these life events often lead to increased anxiety, doubts about who we are or want to be, lack of self confidence and more. So many of our emotions and problems we face are intertwined and that is why I will give you the time to work through things at your own pace. 

I invite you to come to your sessions, wether online or in person, as you are - in your big snuggly jumper, your slippers, with your cuppa and sweary words. This is a place to be you and where you will be accepted for that.
