Hello, my name is Jackie, and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, whereby I draw upon different theories and skills to suit your therapeutic needs.
Therapy offers you to fully explore whatever is troubling you, and preventing you from leading a more fulfilling life. It offers a safe, confidential place to for you to talk to someone who is trained to listen attentively to your problems; whether they originate from your past, or from what is currently going on for you in the present; to give you the opportunity to gain personal growth, so that positive changes in your life can happen in the near future.
My approach is relational, whereby I believe the therapeutic relationship between us is the key to enable your therapy to be successful. I offer a safe space which is confidential, non-judgemental, and accepting you and your needs.
