Life can be tough at times. You maybe experiencing a challenging time in your life, be in a conflicted state of mind or have a difficulty within yourself that keeps on returning to trouble you.
When this happens and you no longer want to deal with this alone, it can help to talk to a counsellor who is independent from every other area of your life.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor with many years experience. I can offer you a compassionate, safe and confidential space for you to talk about your issues and concerns without any judgement.
I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others.
I practise with curiosity and empathy to help you unfold your story in a space that respect you. I can offer you understanding and a safe space in which you can explore whatever it is that is on your mind.
No problem is too big or too small because it is you that matters.
