Counselling Farnham

Hi, I’m Catherine. I have more than 25 years’ experience in helping individuals, couples and families. Most of my working life has been spent in the NHS, as a counsellor in GP practices, and in the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.

I belong to three professional bodies and adhere to the ethics and high standards of practice demanded by all three (BACP, HCPC, EMDR Association).

Above all else, I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, relaxing, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I’m happy to work with you on either a short-term or longer-term basis - whatever suits you personally, and in accordance with your budget.

Choosing a therapist can be daunting, but please do get in touch and we can have an informal chat about how I can help you.
